1. Subscription Options
Seconded offers both monthly and annual subscription plans.
- Monthly subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis and automatically renew unless canceled.
- Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for a full twelve (12) month term and include a discounted rate in exchange for advance payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.
- Monthly subscriptions will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.
- Annual subscriptions remain active for the full prepaid term. Once billing begins, annual subscriptions are non-refundable and not eligible for prorated credits, regardless of cancellation timing.
3. No Long-Term Contracts
Seconded does not require long-term contracts for monthly subscriptions. Annual plans are optional and offered at a reduced rate for customers who choose to prepay for a full term.
4. Setup Fees & One-Time Setup Services
Seconded offers an optional one-time setup and onboarding service. Setup fees are charged separately from subscription fees and apply to a single implementation engagement. Once setup work has begun, all setup fees are non-refundable.
Scope of the One-Time Setup Service
The setup service includes:
- Custom AI employee configuration
- Initial workflow and automation setup
- Communication channel connections based on client intake
- Entry of basic business information when provided by the client
- Internal system testing and troubleshooting
- One post-completion walkthrough call
The setup service does not include:
- Creation or writing of business content or knowledge base materials
- Ongoing changes, optimization, or management
- Future builds or additional AI employees beyond the original scope
- Daily system operation or monitoring
Process & Timeline
- Client completes and submits the required intake form
- Setup work begins once intake is approved
- Standard turnaround time is seven (7) business days from intake approval
- Includes up to two (2) revision rounds, provided revisions remain within the original scope
Completion & Closure
Upon completion:
- Client is encouraged to test the system
- Client provides written confirmation of satisfaction
- A final walkthrough call is conducted
After confirmation, the setup service is considered complete and closed.
Any additional requests after closure, including system changes, new automations, or additional AI employees, require the purchase of a new setup service.
Additional Terms
- The setup fee covers one complete setup only
- Revisions beyond the included two rounds are not included
- Clients may purchase setup services at any time during an active subscription
5. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.
- Upgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the plan.
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
6. Service Availability & Platform Updates
Seconded provides AI-based services that may evolve over time. Features, capabilities, and system functionality may be enhanced, modified, or updated as part of ongoing platform improvements.
7. Support & Access
Support levels, features, and service access vary by subscription tier and are determined by the active plan at the time of use.
